Grown-up
This week I have been doing some grown-up activities. I have been looking for roommates. I am shopping for a condominium. I opened an IRA. I went to a house-warming party for a friend of my age. I have been seriously considering whether to stay in my current job or not. And I have been reading Proust.

this week I ran through a sprinkler and discovered Playstation Portable.
I pitched a thirty-two inning one-hit game of wiffleball.
And finally beat tetris.
I ate so much birthday cake I made myself sick and had to sleep it off...then I ate some more.
I started to plan a roadtrip for next week. It may stop in Milwaukee if situations are favorable. Are you up for a guest for a few days?
I may have tentative camping plans for the weekend - 14th to the 16th. Besides that I'll be around. Also, on Thursday, the 13th is Storm the Bastille Day. Milwaukee sets up a mini-Eiffel Tower and they have 5K run through the city at night. I think beer is involved. Oh yeah, it's Milwaukee; of course, beer is involved.
I got pressured into swinging into a quarry-lake on a rope and cried when I landed on my back.
