Whenever I'm unsure of my interpretation of a compliment/insult/generic statement I try rehashing it with synonyms which sometimes makes gleaning meaning easier.Here, "You have good saliva flow" might be reinterpreted as:"You're really spitty."Compliment?
that is better than your dentist saying "you have gingivitis"
