Sophomore year, I put together a list of the "Top Ten Things Don't Want to Hear from Your Freshman Roommate." This list included such gems as:
"Do you want to play boggle?"
"My name sounds Jewish, but I'm really Asian."
"I build robots; they suck balls."
And beyond that, I can't remember any of them. If you have a copy of this list, will you please send it to me? Thanks.

Donny. I'm pretty sure that list is on some hard drive of some computer that was fried out years ago. I'll keep an eye out though. was there anything on there that sounded like "Hi, my name is Will, I fly planes."?

sorry KT but i think i was the original boggler. only because i used to play boggle with my grandmother every week, and when i realized charley had the vocabulary of a horse then i made sure i broke it out. plus, i don't think anyone else would think to pack boggle as they head off to college.
and, if i recall, boggle died out quickly with the rest of 18a and char and i had to hide in our rooms and play or else we'd get chastised for being dorks (Felecia i'm looking at you).
d - do you remember whose computer we wrote the list on? i have my odl hard drive at my parents and i might still have it, if i ever had it...
two points: first, I packed boggle to bring to college. second, have you all noted how similar "boggler" and "blogger" are? HAVE YOU!?

The list came from my email, so it was originally on my computer, which died in 2004. I had written the list in response to a forward that Tom had sent because he thought it was funny - but it wasn't. I changed the forward to make it applicable to us.
So, it should be in someone's email, not in a separate file on a disk.
one of the things on the list was probably like:
"Do you like horses too?"
Would you like to watch my video on seeing-eye ponies?
i remember thinking during that video, "i have never felt so trapped as i feel right now."
how about:
I just tied Hyun-gee to a chair and gagged her and left her on an elevator.
Let's watch Fargo.
Let's play Pokemon puzzle.
we live with a Furby.
I have Kraft macaroni and cheese in bulk underneath my bed but no way to cook it.
